One of our favourite literary shows happening in 2 weeks’ time … OPEN BOOK FESTIVAL ! The annual event runs from 5-9 September across various venues in the Cape Town CBD. They also have a fantastic comics focused event as part of the broader festival, Comics Fest, which runs over the weekend of 8-9 September at the DS Homecoming Centre. This year’s event features two notable international comics guests, Mariko Tamaki and Guy Delisle !
Readers Den Comic Shop will have a stand at the two day Comics Fest (8 & 9 Sep) and there is also a scheduled signing session for Mariko Tamaki, as well as other local comic creators 🙂
